Payment Procedure

1. Initial Deposit (Non-Refundable)
   • To secure your booking, a non-refundable advance payment of €300 is required.
   • This deposit will reserve your chosen date for a maximum period of 4 months from the payment date.
   • You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, including your booking details.
2. Remaining Balance
   • The remaining amount for the procedure must be paid on the day of the transplant, directly at the clinic.
   • We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), or bank transfers.

   • Important Notes

     • Deposit Validity: If you do not attend the clinic within 4 months of the initial payment date, the €300 deposit will be forfeited, and your booking will be automatically canceled.
     • Date Changes: To reschedule your appointment (within the 4-month period), contact us at least 10 days before your original date via email at info@hairsolutionclinic.com or by phone at [+355 69 28 00 492].
     • Refunds: The deposit is binding and non-refundable under any circumstances, except in cases of cancellation by the clinic.
